CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy At BluDot Massage, I value your time and mine. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the appointment cost. This policy ensures I can continue to provide the best service possible and honor the time I set aside just for you. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time.
